A Cyprus company can be voluntarily dissolved by a members' voluntary winding-up or through the procedure of striking off from the Register of Companies, in accordance with section 327 of the Companies Law (Cap. 113).
Mr. Savva has been a Certified Liquidator, licensed by the Insolvency Services Office of the Department of the Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver since April 2015. In addition, our team is complimented with the necessary legal professionals and auditors to ensure a straightforward and inexpensive liquidation process for our clients. If the company is dormant, with no assets and liabilities, the entire liquidation process may be completed within two months.
